Rohan* was born into a Muslim family … but they didn’t really follow any of the rules or incorporate the Islamic faith into their lives. He spent his early career years painting murals in Orthodox churches, so he had heard the gospel. It just didn’t make much sense to him.

As he got older, he became friends with several believers, and at the age of 45 Rohan finally saw what the gospel was really about. When God touched his heart that day, Rohan responded in total surrender.

He was active in evangelism, leading his family to Christ and some of his non-believing friends because they were amazed at the changes they saw in his life. He became active in a local church—at one point, leading 12 home groups!

It was clear that Rohan had a passion for ministry, and one day it led him to an East-West training center in Russia. He gave up everything to move his family nearby so he could attend. Since receiving this training, Rohan has returned to his home country in the Caucasus and has a thriving ministry—training leaders to train others and plant churches so that more people can know the same Savior that he knows.
