In college, some of my friends from a neighboring nation talked about Jesus with me, but we didn’t stay connected after school. That was my first exposure to the gospel.

Recently, while downloading a video game to my cell phone, an advertisement about Jesus popped up on my screen. I quickly remembered what my college friends said about this Man and clicked the link.

I was redirected to a webpage with a short video that told me the same story about Jesus that my friends shared years ago … and I decided to follow Him!

At that moment, I desperately wanted to find other brothers and sisters to help me grow in my faith and study of the Bible. I submitted a form on the website to be mentored and within minutes an East-West national partner contacted me to help me find a church.

It turns out there was a church that I’d never heard of in my small city. The first day I attended a service, we sang “Amazing Grace” and I couldn’t stop from crying out of gratefulness for God’s grace toward me.

The whole time we worshiped, it was clear to me that the people at this church were filled with a sincere love for God and desire to follow Him and His Word. Afterward, I shared my testimony with them and they were amazed at how I found their church.

Days later I was baptized and I now share the gospel with my family. I hope and pray one day they will accept Jesus.
