For months, a team of East-West national ministry partners saturated a Middle Eastern city with stories of life change.

Through radio broadcasts, billboards, newspaper advertisements, and more, they invited their audience to discover the catalyst behind these stories. And the night finally arrived for them to share about the ultimate source of change—Jesus Christ.

The room was packed with 1,500 curious individuals. Though the partners were confident in the gospel, they were skeptical about the audience’s response. They had been warned that people from this nation do not respond to altar calls … they were too prideful to admit they need a Savior.

But when the invitation to follow Jesus was made they were stunned.

Instead of pride, they saw humility among the spectators as hundreds acknowledged their deep need for the gospel and accepted God’s power to change.

And the impact of the night didn’t end there. Despite a strong Muslim influence, several television stations—even a statewide channel—live broadcasted the event … influencing thousands from this spiritually dark nation and the refugees that have sought shelter within its borders.
